These are my 5th pair of Sambag flats - always classic and comfortable. Some ballet flats are cut too high up on the foot which makes them look dowdy but these do not have that issue. My favourites are Tina and Grace and I have a medium to narrow foot. I’ve found Grace fits closer to the foot than Tina.

My Natalie ballet flats, size 38 were 8yrs old and needed replacing. I ordered exactly the same again, but found the new flats were a larger last than my previous ones. This was a concern because this was my first time buying online. You helped me by telephone and my new flats were delivered last week. Unfortunately, I I did not hear the courier so they were sent to out local post office and I picked them up yesterday. Thank you for giving me confidence in online shopping.
