Our Returns Policy


You may return or exchange (where available) your Sambag Online purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms:

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 30 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe. 

2. Items must be returned to us unworn and with all tags and packaging in place. Shoe boxes are to be adequately wrapped to prevent damage to the box and items. Please note, we will not accept returns where the shoe or shoe box itself is damaged and/or in used condition. 

3. Any discounted item, including product markdowns or purchases processed using a promotional discount code, are not eligible for refund unless faulty. Exchanges or credit notes can be facilitated for returns of discounted items. 

4. Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox. Shoes that have marked soles or creased uppers that cannot be restored will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Please note: there are strictly no returns on our earrings due to health regulations.



How To Request a Return - Australia

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label & further instructions via email. Please affix this label securely to your parcel.

3. Once your return has been received, the refund, exchange or credit note will be processed.

Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once the item/s have been received. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund, exchange or credit note once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for refunds, other than for faulty items. All refunds will be processed less the return shipping fee. Exchanges and credit notes are processed with complimentary domestic return shipping, excluding sale item/s.


How To Request a Return - International


All international returns, including for refund, credit note and exchange are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and return shipping address. 

All international returns, including for refund, credit note and exchange will be processed less the shipping fee.
