I have been buying these for years and was surprised with the last pair as the bow has changed, and the colour is less beige and more pink. The bow just looks like folded and sewn leather - not rolled. I contacted Sambag when I opened them because I was surprised about the design change since my last pair, and the fact the photos don’t match the new design and slight change in colour. I was told they are meant to be more like the Chanel bow, but it’s just not. The pair I received looked cheap compared to previous pairs. My purchase was about a year ago, and I’ve only just started wearing them as an injury prevented earlier wear, and while at the time I was happy to keep them (I find it hard to find shoes that fit and these always fit right out of the box with no break-in period). Now since wearing them though, the colour change and bow kind of bother me. The colour matches less with my other accessories now because it is more pink. I wish they’d go back to the previous design and colour way that more closely matches these photos.

I really love these. I love two toned shoes. I love the low vamp that shows the very top of the toes, which is so hard to find. I am often a size 39 or 39.5 with narrow/low volume feet and chose the size 40 with the insert because of other reviewers, and this has been good, although even with the inserts the shoes are still a bit gapey at the sides which I was initially worried about. But the length is perfect so the size down wouldn’t work. I’ve since worn these multiple times with no problems apart from a small blister on one of my feet the first day. Worth it! Now they’re vey comfortable. Also I think the measurements given for foot length on the chart are accurate. I really liked the measurements given for the soles of the shoes as that enabled me to compare with my current shoes and that was so helpful. I’d say these are not a narrow fit without the insert. The insert fits the shoe perfectly and looks like it is part of the shoe and is extremely comfortable to wear. Such pretty ballet flats!

The name “Two Tone Black and Blush” is a bit misleading given, definitely more beige than blush which indicates pink to me. Beige made me happy so good all round

At this point I have not received my shoes which are an exchange for a larger size. The original pair I returned to you by post nearly 2 weeks ago at a cost to me of NZ$41. My experience to date has mot been a good one and I would be very reluctant to do an online purchase with Sambag again. Mina in your customer service area has been helpful however.
