Comfortable from the first wear. A staple in my casual daily wardrobe. It’s hard to find good ballet flats with leather soles as opposed to rubber. The company were easy to deal with when I had to exchange them for a different size. Super quick efficient delivery and re collection and re delivery of the right size. I think the entire turnaround was under ten days.
