HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Select your size and click 'Add To Cart'. From the dropdown, select 'Checkout' and follow the prompts to enter your delivery details and payment. Keep your eye out for a confirmation of your order delivered to your nominated email address.

Not anymore. You can now shop SAMBAG exclusively to our e-Boutique.
HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT SIZE?
Our sizing is standard European: you can find a size conversion chart alongside the size selection on each product page. You can also view our Find Your Fit page with details on the fit of each of our most popular ballet styles.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?
You do not have to create an account to complete your purchase, however by creating an account, you have access to the below and more:
- A copy of your order history
- A faster checkout process by saving your addresses
- An invitation to join the Style Circle Loyalty & Rewards Program
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT & HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
On the login page, click on 'Forgot My Password'. You will be emailed a link to reset your password.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE IS OUT OF STOCK?
If your size is out of stock, you can provide an email address to receive a notification when the product becomes available again. SAMBAG receives new stock every month.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
SAMBAG ships globally from our distribution centre in Sydney.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are dependant on your location, type of shipping and you order total. Please see our Shipping page for more.
HOW MUCH ARE MY TAXES AND DUTIES?
Some countries impose taxes and duties on imports from Australia. Please check with your local Shipping Authority for more information.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept payments via VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Paypal, SAMBAG Gift Cards, as well as Afterpay, ZipPay and LayBuy.
HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
During checkout, apply your discount code in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' field and click 'Apply'.
On our mobile site, this can be found under 'Order Details'.
CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to make a change to an oder, please contact us as soon as possible at online@sambag.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we can facilitate an exchange once the item has been received back. To request an exchange, please click here.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Simply click on the link to see the progress of your order.
I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please photograph the damage and contact online@sambag.com.au for us to organise a replacement.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To request a return, please click here and follow the prompts.
HOW TO I RETURN A GIFT CARD?
Our returns policy excludes returns on all gift cards.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT?
You will be refunded your order amount, less shipping costs. Exchanges and Credit Notes receive complimentary return shipping, excluding Sale items.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR ISN'T AVAILABLE?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTE?
Refunds, Exchanges and Credit Notes will be processed within 5 days of our receiving the return and you will receive confirmation via email.
