SAMBAG ships globally from our distribution centre in Sydney.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to make a change to an oder, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we can facilitate an exchange once the item has been received back. To request an exchange, please click here.

I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Our returns policy excludes returns on all gift cards.
