Love these! Such a staple and so versatile in what you can wear with them as they go with everything. Dress them up or casual. A classic. I needed them quickly and my customer service experience was excellent. Had them the next day.

I think the shoes that Sambag make are beautiful. I gave them 4 stars and not 5 because I think they are quite slippery at times and I’d like soles with more grip. However I don’t think I’ll buy from them again as their customer service rules are too strict for an online only shop. If they had more flexible returns policy I would change my mind. I also find that their use of celebrities wearing luxury branded shoes on their Instagram more than showcasing their own product off putting.
